Need Pressure Washing? Don’t Do These 4 Things.
Mistake # 1: Doing it yourself. It is easy to mess something up with a pressure washer. Do you know what type of cleaners to use? Do you know how much pressure to use? Do you really want to experiment on your own house?
Mistake # 2: Hiring a business who does not specialize in pressure washing. Painters, landscapers, and handymen are great at what they do, but they are not exterior cleaning experts. Do they have the right equipment and know-how to do a professional job? You don’t want them experimenting on your house either.
Mistake # 3: Hiring the cheapest company. You can do good on #1 and # 2 and still get burned here. Make your selection very carefully. Ask yourself who seems to be the most knowledgeable and trustworthy. Don’t just focus on prices – you get what you pay for.

How much does pressure washing cost?
You can probably guess the first thing people ask us when they call. “How much does pressure washing cost?” That’s when I ask the customer a few questions so I can determine their needs. I also try to assure the customer that we are their best choice because we have a better process (Softwashing).
Most people I talk to assume that all pressure washing companies are all the same. Not true – techniques vary, detergents used (some don’t even used detergents), safety, pressure used; etc. Everyone’s different, so their prices are going to be different too. Cheap price could be a sign of cutting corners.
Think of it this way: How much does a hamburger cost? At Burger King it costs $0.89. At Red Robin it costs $5.00. See what I mean? I’ll take the Red Robin burger! I wish the first thing people asked was not “how much does it cost?”, but “are you the best?”.
